Formative Psychology® is an educational therapeutic approach.
Developed by Stanley Keleman in California in the 1970s, this method views the human being as an evolving process, constantly changing physically and emotionally throughout all phases of life. The formative work utilizes micro-muscular movements to reorganize habitual patterns and create more satisfying life experiences. We can learn to influence emotions and thoughts by working with our muscular postures.
In this group, we work to identify unsatisfactory emotional patterns in our lives and do specific exercises to learn how to create alternatives. We work to influence our emotional states and behaviors and build a future with more joy and satisfaction.
