Families are embodied systems organized into somatic and emotional patterns that stabilize over time, shaping habits of functioning. These habits solidify through repeated personal interactions among family members and are transferred to new personal and social relationships outside the family. In this group, we will work with formative practices to influence relational postures learned within the family and to develop new ways of interacting personally and socially.
