Stanley Keleman (1931-2018), author, founder and developer of Formative Psychology®, talks about his vision of the Aging Process in an interview by Leila Cohn, founder director of Centro de Psicologia Formativa© do Brasil, Rio de Janeiro, RJ (Brazilian Center For Formative Psychology)
“Aging is a learning process, not a loss. I do not call it a loss when the body is changing its structure. In fact, we need less muscle mass when our metabolic activity slows down. A change in energy or attention doesn’t mean that something is lost, it means that we have a challenge to use ourselves differently. And that is a big difference!”
