Formative Practice Classes Fridays from 10-11h

Classes consist of the practice of somatic exercises using the Formative Methodology developed by Stanley Keleman. The somatic-emotional method works with micro voluntary movements and the reorganization of emotional attitudes and brain maps. The classes are educational and aim to develop your ability to influence yourself through the establishment of new somatic-emotional-cortical connections.
