These meetings aim to deepen the experience of the four Somatic Structures described by Stanley Keleman in his book “Emotional Anatomy”. We will work with the Formative Practice to embody the different structures and have a discussion based on our lived experience. We will use the animated version of “Emotional Anatomy” produced by Keleman in 2013, as well as excerpts of interviews with the author to compose our work. We will also learn about the evolution of the somatic language used by the author after the publication of the book in 1985. The program is aimed at people interested in learning about the process of organizing form, personally experiencing the relationship between action, emotion and thought, as well as structure and function.
